Wafir.ma is an online financial product comparison platform in Morocco. Our services include:

• Credit comparison — mortgage, consumer credit, car loan, debt consolidation, Mourabaha (participatory finance)
• Insurance comparison — car, home, health, life, travel
• Simulators and calculators — 11 free financial simulation tools
• Professional directory — directory of banks, insurers and brokers in Morocco
• Guides and articles — educational content on personal finance in Morocco

Wafir.ma acts exclusively as anintermediary for connecting users with professionals in the financial sector.

For individuals:

• Access to the site and simulators is free and unrestricted
• Registration (user account) is optional but allows you to save your simulations and track your requests
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service
• Information provided must be accurate and up to date

For professionals:

• Registration is subject to verification (RC, business licence, authorisation)
• You guarantee that you hold all legal authorisations to practise your activity
• You commit to responding to user requests within the stated timeframes

Simulators and calculators are provided free of charge and for informational purposes only.

• Results are estimates based on the data you enter and indicative market rates
• Actual rates may vary depending on your profile, your file and the conditions of the financial institution
• Results do not constitute a loan commitment or insurance coverage
• Mourabaha calculations follow participatory finance principles but exact conditions depend on each participatory bank

By submitting your contact details via the comparator or a quote form:

• You explicitly consent to being contacted by professionals matching your request
• Your contact details (name, phone, email) will be sent to a maximum of 3 relevant professionals
• Professionals commit to contacting you within a reasonable timeframe (generally within 24-48 hours)
• You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting [email protected]

The preferred contact channel is WhatsApp, unless you indicate otherwise.

It is strictly prohibited to:

• Provide false or misleading information in forms
• Use the site for fraudulent or unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to Wafir.ma systems or data
• Scrape, copy or reproduce site content without authorisation
• Use robots or automated systems to submit forms
• Impersonate a third party or a professional
• Post false or defamatory reviews in the directory

Any breach may result in immediate suspension or deletion of your account, without notice.

Wafir.ma cannot be held liable for:

• Financial decisions made on the basis of simulation results
• The inaccuracy of information provided by partner institutions
• The conduct of matched professionals
• Temporary service interruptions for maintenance or updates
• Damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the site

Wafir.ma's liability is limited to the amount of subscriptions paid over the last 12 months (for professionals).

All elements of the site — the Wafir.ma brand, logo, design, texts, algorithms, source code — are the exclusive property of Wafir SARL and protected by Moroccan intellectual property law.

Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior written authorisation. Use of the site confers no intellectual property rights over its content.

Wafir.ma reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. In the event of a substantial change:

• Registered users will be notified by email
• An information banner will be displayed on the site
• Continued use of the site after notification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms

The applicable Terms are those in force at the date of use of the service.

These Terms are governed by Moroccan law.

In the event of a dispute, the parties commit to seeking an amicable solution within 30 days. Failing amicable resolution, the dispute will be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca.

If any clause of these Terms is found to be null or unenforceable, the remaining clauses remain in force.
