Bracket per dependent child

1st to 3rd child: MAD 300/month each (i.e., MAD 900/month for 3 children).

4th to 6th child: MAD 36/month each (i.e., MAD 108/month for 6 children). Beyond 6th child: no allowance paid.

Maximum total: MAD 1,008/month for a family with 6 eligible children. Automatic transfer on 6th or 26th of each month per CNSS schedule.

2024 revaluation (before vs after)

Before July 2024: MAD 200/month for first 3, MAD 36/month for 4-6. After revaluation: MAD 300/month for first 3 (+50 %), 4-6 schedule unchanged.

This revaluation applies automatically to all existing beneficiaries without any action required. No back payment for the period prior to July 2024.

Special cases — increases

Child with recognized disability (INDH card or Ministry of Solidarity attestation): DOUBLED allowance = MAD 600/month (instead of 300).

Orphan child (father or mother): MAD 100/month additional on top of standard schedule. Paid to surviving mother or designated legal guardian.

Professional status

Employee registered with CNSS with at least 108 days of contributions in the last 12 months (equivalent to 6 months full-time). Employer contribution 7.7 % + employee share 4.48 % of gross salary.

Self-employed workers registered with CNSS Self-Employed (since 2021): eligible under same conditions after 12 months of voluntary contributions.

Eligible children

Fiscally dependent children under 21 years old (or 26 years old if student enrolled in recognized institution: universities, public/private accredited schools).

Legally adopted children: eligible with adoption deed + homologation judgment. Children born out of marriage: eligible if paternity recognition registered.

Income ceiling (abolished)

Since 2018, there is no longer an income ceiling to benefit from CNSS family allowances. All contributing employees are eligible regardless of their salary level.

Special case dual-salaried households: only one parent receives the allowances (generally the mother). Cumulation prohibited.

Employee documents

Family allowances affiliation request (CNSS form 351-1-04, downloadable on www.cnss.ma or available at branch).

Copy of employee national ID + copy of spouse's national ID. Marriage certificate (adouli or municipal marriage extract) or divorce judgment with children's custody.

Documents per child

Birth certificate less than 3 months old (full extract, not expired). School certificate less than 3 months old for children 6-21 (or 21-26 if higher education student).

For disabled child: recognized disability certificate (Ministry of Solidarity or CNSS medical commission). For orphan child: death certificate of deceased parent.

Bank account for transfer

Bank account RIB of the employee (CNSS-conventioned bank: Attijariwafa, Banque Populaire, CIH, BMCE, Société Générale, BMCI, Al Barid Bank).

Direct transfer on 6th or 26th of each month per CNSS schedule of your wilaya. Free SMS notification if mobile number provided.

Step 1 — Download app + login

Download Mon DAMANE (iOS + Android, free). Login by CNSS number + password (or create account on first use with national ID + email).

Step 2 — 'Family allowances' section

'Benefits' menu > 'Family allowances' > 'New request'. Pre-filled form with your employer + CNSS data.

Step 3 — Upload documents per child

For each child: upload birth certificate + school certificate (PDF or JPG, max 5 MB). Instant validation if legibility OK.

Step 4 — CNSS verification + disbursement

CNSS verification delay: 5-15 business days. Email + SMS notification upon validation. First effective transfer 30-45 days after complete deposit.
