Coverage details
Coverage of material, immaterial and bodily damages caused to third parties in professional context. Ceilings 500,000 to 10M MAD per claim per profession. Legal defense costs included. Retroactive (prior to subscription) and subsequent (after activity cessation, 5-10 years) coverage possible.
Legal framework
Legal obligation for: doctors (CNOM ethics code), lawyers (Bar regulation), architects (2019 decree), chartered accountants (OEC), notaries (notary code), bailiffs. Lack of insurance = practice suspension + fines.

2026 taxation
100% deductible premium from professional result (operating expense). 20% VAT recoverable for VAT payers. Compensation received not taxable if it compensates damage.
