CNSS Portal: Logging in to MACNSS and Handling Procedures Online

**MACNSS — www.macnss.ma**: the insured person's account. The CNSS directs people there to obtain the **registration certificate** and the **certificate of regular contribution payment (PCPC)**, the same two documents branches issue. One point often missed: documents generated by the application are legally valid and **require neither stamp nor signature**. There is therefore no need to visit a branch to have them stamped. **TAAWIDATY — taawidaty.cnss.ma**: benefit claims. The service has covered family allowances and the declaration of children's schooling since launch, then, since its 2023 extension, daily sickness and maternity allowances, unemployment benefit, old-age pension, disability pension, and the refund of employee and employer contributions. All these claims can also be filed at a branch. **Damancom**: reserved for employers, for their declarations and contribution payments. An employee has no business there — but it is through that tool that an employer updates declared contact details, which matters when an SMS code fails to arrive.

**Your CNSS registration number.** It appears on your payslips. If you cannot find it, three routes in order: your employer's payroll department, an old payslip, then a CNSS branch with your national ID card. **Your electronic national ID card**, or your residence permit. **A personal email address** you actually have access to — not the employer address you may one day leave. **The phone number declared to the CNSS.** This is the most common sticking point: if your employer declared an old number, no code will reach you. Fixing it goes through them, via Damancom, not through you.

**The SMS code does not arrive.** In the vast majority of cases, the number the CNSS holds is no longer yours. Ask your employer to update it in their declaration, then try again. **The registration number is rejected.** Check that you are entering the one from your payslip and not your ID card number, and that no stray space has crept in. **An account already exists.** This happens when an account was created with a different email address. Use password recovery rather than registering again. **Nothing works.** The branch network issues the same certificates, and the CNSS customer relations centre answers on 3939. Benefit claims are accepted at a branch exactly as they are online: a blocked account does not lose you an entitlement, but a missed deadline does.
